Veroni, Correggio, Italy, has introduced its new antibiotic-free charcuterie line. The first references of the line are Prosciutto Italiano, Salame Milano, and Salame Calabrese, available in 3- and 4-ounce single packs as well as a pairing in the Antipasto Italiano tray. In order to offer even a healthier and more genuine product, the Prosciutto Italiano contains no artificial ingredients and is minimally processed, while the salami contains no nitrates except for those naturally occurring in celery juice powder and salt. Olli Salumeria, Oceanside, CA, has launched Snack Packs and Antipasto trays, including its newest flavor Pepperoni Snack Pack and Antipasto Tray with Salami, Cornichons & Onions and Cheddar Cheese Curds. Snacks Packs include five SKUS, such as Authentic Olli Pepperoni, Genoa, Sopressata, Calabrese or Prosciutto salami paired with Mozzarella, Fontina, Asiago or Cheddar cheese and La Panzanella Crackers. Keto Pita, Wraps and Flat Breads pack 7g of protein and 13g of fiber per serving with only 18g of carbohydrates and zero sugars. The wraps are also sugar free, with 12g of fiber and 5g of protein.
