PARMIGIANO REGGIANO CONSORTIUM PRESENTS AWARDS

The Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium celebrated the annual Casello d’Oro Awards in February at London’s British Museum. Now in its second edition, the awards honored the 13 winning dairies of the 2024 Palio del Parmigiano Reggiano. During the evening, an international jury also presented two Honorable Mentions to the Parmigiano Reggiano deemed to have the best structure and the best aromatic profile, both of which went to 4 Madonne Caseificio dell’Emilia dairy in Varana di Serramazzoni (province of Modena). parmigianoreggiano.com/it
