La Terra Fina is expanding beyond its core quiches, dips & spreads and entering a new category with the launch of a limited-time offering: Black Bean & Roasted Corn Salad. This is the brand’s first product of its kind and will be available exclusively at Costco stores across the Texas region starting in late August.
The Black Bean & Roasted Corn Salad combines hearty beans, sweet fire-roasted corn, bell peppers, zesty jalapeños, and a splash of lemon juice for a bold flavor and vibrant color.
It’s made with no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, and contains 140 calories per serving. Enjoy it straight from the bowl as a refreshing snack or use it to elevate tacos, burritos, or grain bowls.
