FAIRFIELD, CA — True Story Foods, a family-owned producer of humanely raised meats made with simple, high-quality ingredients, is bringing more delicious options to the breakfast table with the launch of three new organic chicken breakfast sausages at Whole Foods Market stores nationwide.
The expanded frozen breakfast lineup gives families even better meat choices they can feel good about serving, including the debut of Golden Maple, an all-new sweet and savory flavor available in 12 oz. patties and 7 oz. links, alongside new 7 oz. Country Morning Herb links. The launch is part of Whole Foods Market’s fall assortment reset, strengthening True Story’s presence in the frozen breakfast category.
Golden Maple combines real organic maple syrup with a custom organic seasoning blend featuring ginger, cinnamon and red pepper, delivering a balanced sweet and savory flavor with a subtle warmth. The new Country Morning Herb links bring an additional format to the savory flavor first introduced as breakfast sausage patties last fall, giving consumers more ways to enjoy a familiar breakfast favorite.

The launch builds on True Story Foods’ growing presence at Whole Foods Market and continued expansion across meat categories and eating occasions. Earlier this year, the brand expanded its charcuterie assortment at the retailer, introducing Heritage Breed Pepperoni, Prosciutto, Hard Salame and Genoa Salame nationwide, alongside its existing Diced Uncured Pancetta and Uncured Guanciale.
