Stellar Snacks recently inaugurated a significant economic development project in west Louisville by cutting the ceremonial ribbon. The company has been retrofitting a sprawling 434,000-square-foot facility in the Park Hill neighborhood since last spring, implementing essential upgrades such as new equipment, staff training, a rail spur, and a piping system for efficient flour transfer from rail cars to nearby silos.
