A cheese from Prairie Fruits Farm and Creamery in Champaign has garnered recognition from Culture Magazine, being named one of the top 60 cheeses worldwide. The award-winning cheese, “Little Bloom on the Prairie,” is a unique blend of Jersey cow’s milk from Kilgus Farmstead and goat’s milk from Prairie Fruits.
