Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit Launches Artisan Biscuit Crackers in Publix Stores

CHARLESTON, SC – Charleston-based Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit has launched two of the newest additions to their line of Southern staples in 1400 Publix stores: Sea Salt Biscuit Crackers and Sharp Cheddar Biscuit Crackers. This is a milestone moment for the brand: during Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit’s twentieth anniversary, this is the largest grocery roll-out in the brand’s history. Publix customers and fans of Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit will be able to find the biscuit crackers in the deli area of all Publix locations.

In 2017, the bakery team of Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit had the idea to take the third roll-out of biscuit dough, something normally too tough to use for tender, cakey biscuits and had previously been discarded, and rolled the dough thin to make a buttery, crispy cracker. The original iteration of the delicious treat was the Sea Salt variety, but in 2024, the brand launched a line of crackers, which includes Sea Salt, Sharp Cheddar and Everything.
