ORLANDO, FL — Deli Business magazine presented Upper Cut, Phoenix, AZ, with the 2026 Deli Innovation Award at the International Dairy Deli and Bakery Association (IDDBA) Show on June 9 in Orlando, FL, for its Tapas Snack Trays.
Deli Business readers voted online for their top three products out of 10 finalists, revealed in the spring issue of Deli Business. Upper Cut received 430 first-place votes. There were 2,509 online votes cast across the 10 entries. Fresh Innovations, LLC, Rhome, TX, won second place with 242 first-place votes for its Yo Quiero! Candied Jalapeno Peppers.
