Next-Generation Leader Steps into Owner Partnership to Carry Forward Family Legacy and Company Values
WATERLOO, Wis. — Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese is proud to announce that Roseanne Crave has officially joined the company’s owner partnership, marking a new chapter in the multigenerational family business. Roseanne, who currently leads Sales and Marketing, now steps into a leadership role that reflects her deep commitment to the company’s mission, values, and people.
As the daughter of Crave Cheese’s co-founders, George and Debbie Crave, Roseanne grew up immersed in the world of dairy farming and cheesemaking, attending trade shows and helping host buyer tour groups from an early age. Her transition into the owner partnership is a natural evolution of a lifetime spent learning the business alongside family, staff and industry leaders.
“Joining the owner partnership is an opportunity to help lead with the same values that have defined Crave Brothers for the last two decades — teamwork, a commitment to quality and pride in the work we do,” said Roseanne Crave.
Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese was founded in 2002 by the Crave family to extend their second-generation dairy farming roots into value-added cheesemaking. Since then, the company has become known for its award-winning cheeses and its strong culture of care for its animals, land, employees, and customers.
As part of the second generation now joining the owner partnership, Roseanne brings a passion for storytelling, relationship-building, and continuing the Crave family legacy. She has helped shape the company’s marketing strategy, built lasting connections with retail partners, and supported team initiatives that reflect Crave Brothers’ values of sustainability, innovation, and people first.
“Roseanne brings energy, vision, and a deep respect for the values that define who we are,” said Managing Partner Mark Crave. “Her voice at the owner partnership table will help guide our future while staying true to our long-standing commitment to our people, family business and Wisconsin dairy community.”
